Suneil Shetty to play a cop alongside Salman Khan

Suniel Shetty had played a cop many times earlier. Yes, Once again he is donning the police costume for Salman Khan's upcoming film that is the remake of a Telugu blockbuster. Salman Khan is slated to play a thief; Suniel will essay a cop out to nab him. The storyline will also have both the male protagonists vying for the attention of the same girl played by Sonakshi Sinha. The storyline is very much similar to the telugu blockbuster 'Kick' which Salman Khan desperately wanted to remake. Kick was always a Hot Cake in Bollywood. Especially after Sajid Nadiadwala took the directing charge for the film after dropping Shirish Kunder.

The film 'Kick' was 2009's highest box office grosser. The film was remade in Tamil and Kannada too. According to source: "Suniel is very apt for this role as he and Salman belong to the same age bracket. Both actors are super fit and can play younger men on the big screen."
